Auto calibration not working correctly

Hi, my Snapmaker 2 arrived yesterday and I tried to run the auto calibration for the first time today. However, it seems like the x axis toolhead isn’t moving correctly, it looks like its stuck in the left corner and makes really loud clicking sounds when running the calibration. I am also unable to to move the tool head even after turning off the power. Here is a video of the issue: https://photos.app.goo.gl/soMg2SfTFErGyL3k9

Since I haven’t gotten pass the initial calibration, I am unable to look at any other setting available. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

when installing another module, can you jog the X axis byhand correctly? to me it looks like the linearmodule is not moving the carrige, like a nut you get off the threads and it then rides on the end of said thread as you rotate it.

That was a good idea. When I went to unscrew the toolhead, it turns out that when I was putting the snapmaker together, I lost the screwdriver head and it was stuck to the hex screw behind the x axis which was stopping the tool head from moving.

The calibration is working correctly now. Thanks!
