I just got my shipping numbers also. Remember: look for a / separating the two tracking numbers because if you just click the link you’ll only see info for one of two parcels.

I havn’t heard or seen sh#$. Little frustrating we dont get regular updates. Should I get excited because its on the way or should I plan on sometime in the summer no one seems to know. I was told late February shipping, past that at this point, disappointing!
Doesn’t sound like you’re off the rails yet. I wasn’t given any shipping info until the cargo ship was already in port, and you have a couple of weeks until then. Hopefully the transfer to UPS will be smoother for the second wave than the first, and you’ll have your stuff by early-mid April.
Supposedly, UPS will he delivering tomorrow (Monday). Fingers still crossed.
Just wanted to follow up that I do have my second box, and the Artisan is all assembled. It’s a beast! I recommend building it where you want it to live.
Be patient… I finally got mine. I bought it in September and I got it at the end of February. It is an amazing machine. The ARTISAN is the best … the delivery sucks… but they will commit to the delivery.
Im sure its an amazing machine. Guess I’m a little jelous of those that have received. Plus I have a shiny new rotary tool and a box of hot ends that came that have no home hahaha.
My Box B showed up on Monday and my Box A showed up today. I’m in the US.
I have no notifications yet, not even that its on a ship or anything. Im in no hurry, just would be nice to have an update. The accessories i ordered came but the main unit is mia.
Mine came finally came in, but I am unable to put it together until the end of the month. I will post as soon as I start putting it together.
UPDATE
I just returned home, anxious to assemble my Artisan. My neighbor let the UPS driver into my garage while I was away for delivery of what I thought were boxes A & B, only to find that there is no box A!!. So I have an enclosure with no hardware (bolts, etc are in box A) to even put it together while I’m waiting for box A with the printer itself.
I have a tracking number last updated on 3/22/23, but “Shipment Progress” on UPS app shows it hasn’t moved. Come on Snapmaker!!
At least you got part of yours, I dont have anything not even a tracking number. And my hotends i ordered a long time ago (months) have not shipped that I know of and no tracking. I get the preorder delays, I except supply issues but no updates is just bad, and ZERO responses from customer service emails. Snapmaker you need to do better, these are not 200 dollar ender 3’s these are expensive tools!
So here is the history of where Box A (I HOPE!!) has zigzagged across the country. Note that it was at my local hub in West Yarmouth at one point, then headed back west and for some reason was last scanned in KANSAS!
UPS told me that there was a fraud investigation at one point when it was in Massachusetts and that is why I it did not get delivered. At one point, UPS told me it was going back to the shipper in California, then, it was going to me. The status keeps changing from “Pending delivery date” to an actual delivery date, which then gets changed again. Over and over again. I have been contacting Snapmaker support since Tuesday and heave heard absolutely NOTHING from them. CRICKETS!
I understand they are busy, but really??? I am getting sick and tired of this roller coaster.

I had this same issue. Box B on a Friday and Box A came on Monday. UPS was the issue
Snapmaker has not responded to any of my emails about my order, my accessory orders. Very disappointing, I was hoping for better customer service with issues. Does not make me feel comfortable about the future repair or parts issues if needed. I hope you get your missing box soon, thats frustrating as hell!!
I agree, I certainly hope that we don’t have issues with Customer Service after we get our printers up and running. I’m concerned about how much time mine has spent on the road getting bumped around while it travels all over the United States. I could tell that they do a great job of packaging after opening up box B so fingers crossed, hopefully box A survives it’s circuitous, meandering route.
Just got some random out of the blue UPS shipping notification for 2 packages of 33.10lbs each. Im assuming its my snapmaker. Others get about that weight? Pretty sure i dont have anything else coming thats almost 70lbs.
