A350T + DualExtruder + Octoprint

hey together, i just wanted to rebuild my setup ( now with Dual Extruder)
i have sliced my print with Luban 4.8.2 and transfered to Octoprint for print
but i got a Failure Message

Not queuing T1, that tool doesn’t exist according to the printer profile or was reported as invalid by the firmware. Make sure your printer profile is set up correctly.

Does that really mean my new upgraded Firmware 1.16.5 does not understand the Temperature T1 change command ?
Or do i have to exchange more settings in Octoprint?
As i understand the Firmware has respond a Failure by setting this Temperature

Wait let me check it …

okay…
i broke up, now my left nozzle was clogged because of the Temp switch ( i think)
i have to check now how i will get the Filament out, its stuck inside and with higher heat and pull on it its not removable…

Can you tap the Control app on the main screen on the device itself, crank up the heat manually, and load a new filament, shoving on it a bit as needed to push the old one out?

Update for this Topic.
i was wondering that i could not pull the Filament . I took the Hot end out of the machine

i wantet to CT Scan the Module in my Office today but than i have seen that the Filament cannot be pushed or pulled , but its rotating inside.

so i took the plier and with a lot of Force i could pull it out.

End of the Story … Filament baaaad quality …

You have to configure your machine in octoprint settings with 2 extruders, then the T1 command would work.

@xchrisd I agree, this worked for me - I actually have two printers in Octoprint, one for the single, one for the double extruder.
Still having a few issues with the gcode preview for two filaments, the auto-zoom gets confused during switchover and eventually just gives up. If I go for a fixed zoom then it seems OK.

thanks you your advices , my setup is running now and with proper new filament its also running since 5 hours

I was wondering if you would share your setup for the Octoprint + Dual Extruder. I can’t seem to get the setup to work correctly.

i use Cura to send the files to the Printer

please consider the print volume will be decreased with dual extruder setup
means you have to setup both machines Cura and Octoprint with same Limits, or Octoprint will prevent to start the prints due to oversize

Meanwhile my bigger Problem is the not flat printbed… i do now the upgrade to a glass surface ( magnetic sheet applied to one side of the Glass + stabilisation rails)
