Reseat and double check that X/Y/Z cables are in the proper place yet again (little extra contactor rub won’t hurt). It’s obviously not reading the linear rails. This could be a problem with either the linear modules, or the controller.
Download versions 1.13.2, 1.14.1 and 1.20.3 from the above link. Place all the .bin files on the USB drive, and ‘print’ them via the touchscreen like you would any project.
Run the 1.20.2 first and see if that fixes it. If not, run the 1.13.2, then check about machine, regardless of what it shows, run 1.14.1, then 1.20.3. That should ensure all firmware is up to date and matching. The Reason for the 1.13 is that’s before the module verification, then 1.14 adds that support in and updates the modules, then 1.20 is the latest. See if things come back online after that.
