A350 Dual Extruder

Printer has been powered off for about a week while I was out of state. This morning I powered it back on, ran through the different calibrations and when I reached auto leveling the calibration fails shortly after starting. (point 5 or 6 iirc) Each time I get the following message:

“Hardware Abnormal Detected, result 7.”

I tried to go ahead and print without auto leveling but the printer says it cannot find any calibration data and recommends auto leveling before printing, which the auto level failed again in the same location with the same error message. Anyone have any ideas? I already emailed support.

Whats your toolhead connected?
Do you see any abnormal signs on your touchscreen main screen?

Are the dots near the toollist green?
Does it work with disconnected heatedbed?

The Dual head. Everything on the screen looks normal and the firmware is up to date. All 4 dots are green.

I started a print from workspace and it is currently printing and the model seems to be coming out normally. I will try to auto-level again after the print is finished, and if it fails again I’ll try with the bed disconnected.
