I have just set up my new A350T. I am going through the Initial Setup for 3D printing in the Quick Start Guide. I am attempting to bed calibration step (3.2.1). It passes the 4th point and when it gets to the 5th point the nozzle presses on the heated bed/print sheet (leaving an indent in the print sheet) and fails. The print head moves to slightly off center of the print sheet, stops, and I am prompted to manually calibrate. However, I am unable to perform a manual calibration at this point nor can I save. This is my very first attempt using the machine after setup. I have placed a ZenDesk ticket, but thought I would post here in case someone else encountered this issue during their first setup.
Did you ever get this fixed? Mine won’t move at all. The print head moves all the way to the left, then it made a noise and now it just wants me to finish manually calibrating but does nothing. I JUST bought this machine and cannot even find a way to call someone.
