Hey there everyone I’m new to the Snapmaker world and I just have a couple Quick questions for anybody that can help me. I just recently got my snap maker 2.08 350 and I’m trying to do the 3-D printing and for some reason whenever I go to start the job it’ll do its process of calibrating the bed and all that but then the bed will go to where it’s going to start the project and the head will go down to where it supposed to start as well but then it just sits there and won’t do anything can anybody help me figure out why?

What is your display showing? It can take a long time for the bed to warm up for the print to start. Can you take some pictures of your machine (especially the display) in this problem state and upload them?
Silly question, but : How long did you wait?
Did the bed already reach the right temperature? You should see the temp increase on the touch screen.
It won’t move until both the print head and bed are at the set starting temperature.
