The levelling process sets zero. Have you done what I suggested and if so what was the result - the before and after M420V output?
Thats what i mean bc i can level normaly but that should be a negativ value if zero is 10mm away from the bed? And thats bc the level process can not finish correctly?

That was more a rhetorical question bc in fact the level process is quiet easy if the result is bad/good/acceptable is something else but i changed nothing in the process and befor the crash it allways worked.

Yes in the normal touchscreen leveling i can set the z offset like usual to 0.1-0.15 bit after that sm dont save the datas bc for his coordinates it a negativ value i think

Did you get the USB cable?
Your Icloud video worked but is not very informative.
It seems your machine doesn’t save your calibration.
This could happen if you don’t finish the paper piece calibration by pressing save instead pressing back.
Please post your M503.
Please double check if your tool head is installed in place and make a short calibration video 3x3 grid. Look at the bed leveling sensor alias proximity sensor if it lights on, 1mm above the bed.
If everything seems to work but no new mesh is set, connect your machine to USB and “listen” the calibration in the terminal.
Export your Logs and share it would be the next step after all above…

i will test if I can go lower than that is shown on the pictures if this works I will perform a 11x11 grid bc that was the first that failed. the other leveling I did didn’t even failed but it wasn’t saved somehow even if I did all exactly the same as now… that’s very strange.

so i was not able to complete the 11x11 auto leveling bc around 0.9 mm the nozzle stops and the display shows Z=0.00

It’s possible with the latest firmware changes 11x11 takes too much memory. In 1.10.1 the 11x11 took about 98% of available memory.
Try again with a 9x9. Honestly, 11x11 is excessive, only reason it’s being done is it happened to be the largest possible.
Ok and that there is not enough memory it can cause that the printer dont know its real z position?
Heres a pic thats the Position after the 11x11 gris and as low as i can get still there is a 0.9 mm gap
But i will try it so i just change the macro from 11x11 to 9x9?
yeah it realy makes no sense at all especially bc the touchscreen leveling worked good.
are you setting the z offset with the touchscreen or in Luban bc I’m doing it over wifi and Luban. when im connected with wifi I can’t get into the control area on the touchscreen. but that should not matter bc it worked all the time.

Glad to hear it appears to not be a memory issue, however the controller does have limited memory with FreeRTOS taking up heap space.
I was avoiding in-the-weeds levels of detail, but since you asked.
The 11x11 grid you see at the top is not directly used for levelling, it’s an intermediate step. That data is then used to compute Catmull-Rom Splines, and those are what’s actually used during machine movement.
All of your spline points are 325mm, meaning the calculation failed to complete. The calculation is done here: https://github.com/Snapmaker/Snapmaker2-Controller/blob/74b0f11138c698a136b3ac79983b219952a81d8b/Marlin/src/gcode/bedlevel/abl/G1029.cpp#L142
You’ll note that it occurs before levelling is enabled at the very end. Either the calculation is failing or it’s never making it to this line in the code before failing.
