Weird issue with "tilted" printbed

Hi folks,
i’m having troubel with the first layer of my dual color print.
When Extruder 2 reaches the back area of the printbed it looks like the extruder has a bigger Z-offset than in the middle of the bed. Resulting in a crashing extruder.
The bed is, of course, leveld and brand new. 1 week “old”.
This project was sliced with cura, but i don’t think the g-code is the problem.

Any advice??
BR
Gery

PS: Just leveled the bed again and restarted the print…

What the hell is going on?

Your white extruder is too near to the bed. This causes peeling off and overextrusion to this part. The next extruder then catches the previous print because of the too high previously printed layer.

It looks the same when i print the brim with the left “black” extruder.
To me, i think the bed is a little higher at this area.
I’ve done the whole calibration wizard process!

Yesterday i’ve switched to the new all metal aluminium hotend,
might this have to to anything with this weird behavior?

@StrikeBack83 The auto leveling process is not perfect. Just use the leveling knobs under the bed to make the leveling more accurate. I agree with @xchrisd, it looks too tight in the picture. So turn the knob in the back counter-clockwise (from the perspective of looking at the printbed from above) to make it not so tight…

Yes, thanks!
I have seen that the nozzle was too close to the bed.
I “played” around a little with middle knob and adjusted the other two accordingly.
At the moment it looks pretts good.

I recognized another problem. When i lower the printbed i hear a little crackling noise.
2 of the transport fixtures for the belts (Y) were broken and all over the place. I have removed everything i could see and the bed moves good, but this noise doesn’t sound healthy at all.
Any ideas? My Raise3D E2 hat broken Bearings at delivery, maybe that’s the case here too?

@StrikeBack83 The noise is probably coming from the bearings on the smooth rods or perhaps the z-rod. You should probably lubricate them both. If you lubricate the z-rod, it might be a good idea to clean it first. You can use a folded piece of paper put it between the threads and then move the bed up and down with the screen interface . Make sure not to pinch your hand when you lower the bed…
