The reset worked. I was able to choose my Wifi again and connect again.
Now let’s see if it will stay connected.
After more than 1 year after the original post, we are still experiencing the same issue.
No matter which is the FW and SW version, it is happening again and again.
Dear @staff, can you please post an update regarding this topic with a roadmap for the solution?
I’ve seen on Snapmaker homepage, there’s some sort of celebration for the 5th anniversary: a stronger customer support must be considered to guarantee future celebrations.
Thanks.
This is exactly what my 350 is doing after the firmware update this morning driving me nuts as my pc is upstairs and the sm is in the workshop
is this a complete reset of the machine settings? like e-steps and so on?
I did a lot of calibration but it seems im not able to get a connection. Dont want to trash bin the calibrations
ok so I just wanted to add some information about my problem.
here are some pictures
so either my printer is not connected or the android device shown on my routers list has a different ip than my printer “thinks” it has. On the A350s touchpanel its 192.168.0.191 and my fritzbox its showing 192.168.178.33
The ip shown on my fritzbox is the ip that I used in the past to connect via Luban. But now it doesnt work anymore.
This is a 4 year old thread where the firmware had official wifi issues.
There are not much people with connection issues in the early past now.
I would suggest to open a new thread but now you are already here, so…
Did you enter your wifi access manualy or was it visible in the available wifi list?
Have you enabled DHCP in your router?
