can anyone explain what will happenif the model is not watertight?
are some nonwatertight model still printable?
why?

Some non-manifold objects cannot exist in the real world, so things will be missing. A 0 width wall would be an example of that.
Other non-manifold issues would be holes and gaps where vertices that should meet don’t touch.
“Manifold” is also described as “watertight”, same thing.
