Warranty information not found to get information corrected

I purchased a snap maker, a 350 about two weeks ago and during a print, it broke the 3-D print head and I am unable to contact warranty because there is no valid information that I have found. Can someone help me to get this repaired replaced or returned?

Pretty sure that’s not covered by warranty. Probably have to buy new print module.

I guess I just bought a $1500 piece of crap that can’t complete a build over 2cm high?
