Very Satisfied with Snapmaker

I just wanted to post a little to express my extreme satisfaction with Snapmaker. I’ve had an A350T since 2019 and have used it just short of continuously since then. It’s not fast, and I could probably get a little better quality out of it if I spent the time to really dial it in for each specific filament, what I need it to do I can do.

But that’s not why I’m posting. What makes me happy about the device and the company is the support. Twice now I’ve had to contact support because of problems. First turned out to be a bad linear rail which I was able to purchase and replace (long outside of warranty). Most recently I got help to diagnose a problem that turned out to be a broken limit switch (a whole lot cheaper replacement).

In both cases, the support was prompt (within 24 hours), patient, and helpful. I know others have had different experiences, but I also know happy customers rarely post, so the bad experiences become the only posts. I just want people to know it’s not all bad experiences.
