Is your machine configured in Luban? It seems not to know the workspace size..
Yes I did install the CH340 Driver
Yes I did, sometimes app is working, but most of the time it will be stuck on this screen and can’t be closed
Maybe a force to reload could help if it’s frozen, this could be found in the top toolbar.
Did you try reinstalling or varying in the software version?
