After loading the black PLA, the white breakaway PLA and running the sample print (Penholder), the console screen does not allow me to unload the filament. Both options are greyed out. What must I do to unload the current filaments from the print module? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
you have to push the Button “Heat” and wait until the nozzle is Heated before you can load/unload.
That is not an automatic process

I suggest and hope that Snapmaker change this so that unload and load buttons can be pressed once without having to press and wait for the pre heat.

As a new Artisan owner, I have the same issue.
What is the temperature to reach for unloading filament please ?
The temp needs to get within a few degrees of target temp and that temp differs depending on the material defined. For PLA if I recall it targets 200c and the buttons become active around 198.
