I am trying to order A350 rails from the store on the sale offer but I get a message that “some items in your cart can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Please contact our customer service: info@snapmaker.com, we will assist you to solve the problem within 24 hours” When I email either info or support it gets returned with:-

So two questions - is the 50%sale offer available in the UK and if so how? and what is with te email system?
I realise this isn’t the right place for the questions but if email isn’t available I seem to have no choice.
