We know that you have been waiting so long for the Snapmaker 2.0, so we’ve been trying our best to produce as many units as possible and get the latest shipping info to you as early as possible. However, there are always hiccups during the production process. We’ve overcome most of them. Unfortunately, another challenge arose in late September. It took us sometime to figure out what was going on and how many users are affected. The high volume of email requests has exceeded the workload we can bear (four supports replying to 2,000+ email requests), which is also why it took us so long to get back to you.
Also, we can’t deny that we still need more time to develop a strong supply chain that can quickly spot problems within the whole production process. As the mass production is not as smooth as we thought, we can’t provide a very specific date for every pre-order user. We seek for your understanding and please find the shipping info below.
