when I start to print I always have the error code so don’t start to print

Have you gotten past the initial calibration and startup procedure? You will likely have to contact Snapmaker support.
Why not mention that in the first post?
You can submit a ticket at the same time in case the technical staff or fellow users in the forum don’t respond promptly.
