DOA. Can't get off the ground

Initial power up. Toolhead Failure.

Error Code: 0003-0522-0100-0006. Initial power up.
System Failed To Start. No toolhead detected.
Cannot get past initial startup.

I tracked down the problem. I put the longer screws into the USB holder and screwed down through the capacitor. I did this on all four heads. Notified Tech.

You can submit a ticket at the same time in case the technical staff or fellow users in the forum don’t respond promptly.

Rule No.1: read all the instructions before starting, twice. No exceptions.

I must admit (not having done it yet myself) I did not appreciate the consequences of putting the long screws in!

That’s right !! I can’t agree more!!

Just to let you know: the correct English idiom would be ā€œI can’t agree moreā€. The above could be misunderstood (presuming I have understood correctly!).

How’s your Chinese ? Or any other foreign language ?

Non-existent, but if you think that means I’m disqualified from educating on English, more fool you. Would you go to a biologist to be taught physics?

The essence of a forum is to help each other. In this case, ā€œagree no moreā€ made little sense and could easily be misinterpreted. If I have committed any sin, it’s taking the time to understand what was meant, and advising on a correction. That saved you the bother.

I think you’ll find the Chinese are eager to learn – that’s what has put them in the position they have today. Reflect on that.

Ja ja. it is just embarrassing what you did there. People did understand what he ment. Or send people a PM if you need to do the teacher. Like someone mentions ā€œ it sucksā€. This is what I learnt, don’t embarrasse people in public.

I’m happy for others to point out my shortcomings or mistakes directly—it makes fixing problems more efficient and reduces the cost of understanding for me. So everyone don’t worry too much, it was just a very small typo!!:hand_with_index_finger_and_thumb_crossed:
