Store not working

Hi, I’m trying to buy some replacements (hot ends) but when I reach the step to select the shipping options it says:

“No shipping methods are available for this shop. Please contact the store administrator.”

So I cannot place an order.

Any solutions or alternatives?

note - I succeded, I put the printer in the bag i looked the checkout whose updated with to option I want back and deleted the printed and I refreshed the ship. weird.
