Hi, since a few days one of the stepper motors on my X-Axis seems to be broken.
When moving up and down the module studders because the right stepper has no power (i can feel that it is moveable even when powered on).
Any solutions or replacement parts i can order?
Only the Y and Z axes have dual linear modules. Check your splitters are correctly plugged in. If it truly is dead you’ll have to buy a replacement or ask support for a replacement, so it might not hurt to send them an email now and have them help you troubleshoot it and get that whole process started.
