"Start on luban" function does not work

I am using a Snapmaker Artisan laser printer. I installed the Luban software. While I can use all the features over wifi, the Run the device over Luban button, as I sent the picture in the attachment, does not activate. I have to work by sending files to the device over wifi.

How can I activate this button? Why is it not active? I can operate my device over wifi via LigthBurn.

Are there any elements in the workspace preview? It looks empty.

At least you need to close the enclosure for executing the gcode, was it closed?
It would also help to share your PC platform.
