Do you have any photos of the unboxing? Is there any visible damage to the module?

Before using the module, did you update to the latest firmware, V2.7.3? After the update, the 2W infrared laser module will turn off the internal low-speed fan during standby to reduce noise.

Could you provide a photo of the engraved work? Alternatively, you can submit a ticket to Support, and they will assist you with the issue.

When adjusting the laser height, please use the calibration card. The top half of the quick start guide explains the principle of using the focusing rod for calibration, while the bottom half provides the steps. Please follow the touchscreen instructions for adjusting the laser height.
