Snapmaker support is horrible

Snapmaker does a great job of social media, but terrible job of communicating with customers. I’ve sent multiple messages to the company about my order and haven’t gotten anything but automated responses. I’ve also reached out via social media and haven’t gotten any response. Considering that I bought a machine and basically every upgrade for it, you’d think they’d answer my emails.

Their support is slow, no question about it.

2-3 weeks is about the response time I’ve had in several different strings with them.

I think they are really backed up - not that it makes anything better, it just makes it more concerning.

However, so far when discussing things with them, they have been working with me on confirming the source of an issue and then providing resolution.

Are you having problems with your machine or are you waiting for delivery?
