Snapmaker 2.0 A350T - Y-Layer Issue

Hello Guys!

I write much with the support here but my problem is still not solved.
I hope you guys can help me and tell me about your experiences.

My problem is the y-axis it seems like some steps are lost when printing?
Y-axes are up to date and have already been exchanged several times by support without success, the Y-converter was also exchanged and the “main hub”.

I’m a bit frustrated because I’ve been struggling with the machine for almost half a year now for several months…

Maybe someone can help me here, thanks a lot!

(Problem is not every time! One print is nice and clean another print … problem is random!)

Print yesterday:

Is your Snapmaker plugged into a good UPS? If not, I would try that first, to see if you happen to be having power issues. If your power turns out to be fine, the only things that could cause this are:

  • The power supply voltage is too high, or too low. It should be 24v.
  • The platform or bed are hitting something as the bed moves.
  • The magnetic build plate is slipping. Is that why you have clips on the build plate?
  • The Controller is bad.
  • The Splitter for the Y-axis is bad.
  • At least one of the Y-axis Linear Modules is bad…
  • The Linear Modules are getting too hot.

i have 24,2 Volts output, problem? (all work fine, problem is only in y, i dont think the voltage is the problem?)

  • The platform or bed are hitting something as the bed moves.
    Stand free, no hitting

so far it hasn’t slipped, clips safty first

  • The Controller is bad.
Have been changed, problem still there its a new Controller

  • The Splitter for the Y-axis is bad.

Have been changed tree thimes, problem still there. Newest Linears Support confirmed theres no problem with them.
