SM 2.0 A250 + motor / PSU upgrade + lathe + dual extruder for sale

After years of having fun with my SnapMaker, I’m now looking to sell it before moving on to another model. It’s an A250 that has been upgraded with the more silent motors and PSU of the F250. I also have the enclosure, the lathe (unused!) and the new dual extruder (about 4h use). It’s all currently located in Germany and quite a heavy package. If anyone in the Frankfurt (Main) area is interested, we could arrange a pickup as well.

I don’t have a fixed price in mind and I’d also be fine with selling things separately in case you’re for example only interested in the lathe or dual extruder.

Since I don’t have any need for the CNC and laser functionality anymore, and need faster 3D printing, I’m looking at some of the new Core XY printers. Please don’t get me wrong, I loved my A250 for its versatility and Snapmaker’s build quality is still unmatched in my opinion. But if the 3-in-1 functionality isn’t a requirement anymore, there are some tempting alternatives.
