Shipping rate for spare parts

Does anybody thinks that SM 2.0 extruder weights 1kg ??

Yesterday I wanted to order 2 extruders and 1 air passage for proximity sensor it reported 2.5kg!

The shipping costs are fix 20€/£.
Although they just send a DHL package for 6,99…

When you are not reaching the 100€/£ limit to get free shipping… Just buy anywhere else. The shipping costs of snapmaker are cocky…

Last year costs were at 10€/£. And there was members day with shipping free and in wheel of fortune where you could get free shipping coupons.

Well… why no to offer some other shipping method? It can fit letter envelope - standard air mail will work.

Just buy anywhere else

I’d love to! But where…

Shipping costs are not necessarily the “actual” cost to ship the product but likely contain a marked up amount to cover the outrageously good shipping boxes that Snapmaker uses. I recently ordered a variety of parts from Snapmaker (order totaled over $99 so I got free shipping. These parts were 2 pair of FCC cables for the J1, 2 F350 power supply cables, a print head main board, 1 print head proximity sensor, 1 filament run out sensor kit, 1 CNC hold down kit, and a set of M4x70 screws - 34 individual parts in all - and each one was individually

packaged in its own box wrapped securely in bubble wrap and enough tape that it took 30 minutes to open all the packages - and all that was put inside a giant box that was 3 times the size needed and no telling what the actual FEDEX shipping costs were…one thing I can say is that Snapmaker sure knows how to package stuff so it won’t get damaged…
