Good afternoon! There was a problem when printing in Orca. The auxiliary fan is turned on in the printer settings. In the settings of the rod, the Auxiliary fan is also turned on at 100%, i.e. the airflow should always be at max from it. The blower settings of the fan model on the extruder are dynamic. The right (second) extruder works as it should when printing, the fan speed on it changes according to the settings, the speed of the auxiliary fan is always 100%. But when printing with the left (first) extruder, a problem arises - the auxiliary fan changes revolutions along with the model blowing fan on the extruder, although it should always work at 100%. I attach the bar settings below, I will be grateful for advice and help in this matter.
Yes, it’s about the rear aux fan. Hmm, then I don’t understand why, when printing with the right extruder, the aux fan always works at 100%. If everything is as you say, I will observe the fan on the right extruder - perhaps it also works constantly at 100% and will write about it later. Thnx.
AFAIR there is a very simple electronics on the back PCB that compares voltage levels for both hotend cooling fans and transfers the higher voltage to the back fan - whichever one that is.
The J1 has no output on the main controller left for an auxiliary fan which is why Snapmaker chose that solution
