Sending GCODE from Snapmaker Luban to Artisan

Hey y’all,

I’m struggling to send gcode commands via Luban do the Artisan controller - I’m sure there is someone here to explain me what to do:

What do I have:

  • Luban 4.15.2
  • Artisan most recent firmware
  • Laser Module 20/40W
  • connection via Wifi or serial (USB)

What does work:

  • connecting with Luban to the controller
  • moving the tool head via the Jog dial buttons in “Control”
  • requesting “g” G-Command List and “m” M-Command List
  • using Pronterface to connect to the controller via the serial port, here all GCODE commands do work as intended (movement, air pump on, …)

What does not work:

  • using Luban to send any GCODE commands results just in an “ok” but nothing happens, no movement, no nothing

What do I need to do to have any reaction when sending gcode commands via the Luban console?
