I would like to be able to calibrate my e steps and linear advance , but to do this It requires being able to use the console in the workspace, Unfortunately when I use the supplied USB be cable it appears to connect to the com 3 port but wont respond with any feedback to any commands (even though it just says connected in the console not connected to port 3) .Have brought this topic up on other sites but so far all I have gotten in responses is people agreeing and having the same problem but unable to provide a solution. if I cant get a solution from the community I will submit a ticket, It just does not make sense.

You are going to need to use something like YAT, settings for the artisan(i think) are: COM port 3, 115200 BAUD Rate and in text settings EOL sequence set to LF
I just did my ESteps tonight and oh boy were they off from the factory, which may explain why my print quality has been so poor.
