Rotary module is shifting with IR 2W laser

Hi,

Today is the first time I use my rotary module with IR laser.

I was using the Luban software and test file (Lion).

I did some smaller things without problems.

Is there anybody having this problem?

What am I doin wrong?

If your rotary module is still under warranty I would suggest to ask support:

Here is a thread which could be of interest for you, there where a few posts about skipped steps because of belt tension or too fast movement speed of the rotary (b axis).

Hi,

This morning I loosen the belt tension a bit.

And slow dawn the speed to 3500 mm/min instead of 4500 mm/min.

And now it looks fine.
