If your quick swap solution is not the standard Snapmaker solution, you can modify the work coordinate system of the Snapmaker. More info can be found here: Maximum Y Position 347mm? - #3 by Hauke
In case you use the Snapmaker QSK, @X-Terra ‘s suggestion would be the right way forward.
