Argh…
After a firmware update, my printer lost it’s settings, in particular bracing kit and quick swap kit presence. But it did not erase the calibration data. So of course when I started a print, the printhead travelled too far and hit the bed.
When I tried to calibrate again, it basically home up, then perform the calibration sequence but instead of moving down toward the bed, it stays at the top position and proceed with each step as if the proximity sensor was always registering. Obviously, not good…
Is this something you have encountered, and how did you fix it ? Apart from requesting a new proximity sensor to snapmaker ?
Thanks and regards
