Programmed pause during 3d print

Is there a way to add a programmed pause, to add an insert then continue the print? IE: I want to add a nut to a designed in recess then print over it to capture it.

M600 needs to be inserted in your gcode for filament change.
Not sure if it is in the Artisan firmware yet.
