Problem with the bed at the time of printing it sags

At the time of printing the bed moves vertically when moving through the y-axis. I have two snapmaker 2.0 A360 printers and it only happens to me in this one, I tried to disassemble it and reassemble it making sure everything was fine. But I don’t know if there is a problem with the rails or what I could do. This problem also causes that not all the printing comes out uniform or there are problems of layer shifting

please your help to solve this problem

You have loose bearings. They can be tightened.

These are my random thoughts on this matter:

  1. this is fine if you are mechanically inclined
  2. not for the faint of heart IMO
  3. yes you can easily break the limit switch, but can also be careful
  4. i broke first two i adjusted (broke limit switch one on because a screw (from the black clip for the metal strip) fell in the rail and i didn’t notice) broke the other one by over tightening the grub screw for the bearing adjust warping the aluminum.
  5. of the two replacements ones sent they still wobbled, managed to adjust them
  6. of the two replacements sent to replace #5 1 was fine and 1 was damaged in transit (hence why i did 5 after 6)
  7. the youtube video of two customers tearing don and rebuilding (husband and wife?) has incorrect instructions for putting the metal strip back on - so be careful.

my advice, log a support ticket, dont let them make you adjust them unless you are really up for that.

tl;dr if you are a klutz like me it will take you a total of 6 rails before you feel confident stripping them down to adjust the bearing…
