Did you create a profile for the PETG or just use the generic one?

I’m using the predefined filament profile from orca slicer [filament]

hmm, maybe i’m wrong, but as the first plate worked very well (with the same settings) i think its not a filament profile problem… …and regarding SnOrca: i’ve read, that there are still some features not working - camera, full spectrum…

Just to confirm as its PETG that you dried the filament before use? I would still be tempted to create your own profile for it within Orca to dial it in as all standard profiles are very generic, although by saying that they /should/ be fail safe!

Drying is a good point to start. Are you sure your filament spool is not tangled and feeds as easy as possible? Seems like a feeding error to me but honestly the pictures do not show much..

Hi again, i’m sure ist not a drying problem - filament was completely new and came out of the box. In the meantime I’ve switched the tool and everything looked good again (same slicing parameters, same filament…), but after about 10 hours of printing: the same problem! started a testprint again…an…
