Bad Surface

Hi everyone,

my U1 makes strange things and i dont have any idea to fix this.

With Snapmaker PLA everything is fine, with Polymker PLA or Sunlu PLA i get this bad Print Quality. Played around with Temperature but nothing helps

For snapmaker i use original profile, for polymaker i tried alao the generic, snapmaker and own profile. With all profiles same error

And which profile foe the sunlu?

For the sunlu i used generic pla, snapmaker pla and own profile with temperatures 225 and 60 degress

Maybe more cooling or a higher layer helps, have a look in this thread: Extruder nozzle grinding into prints - #87 by badprintsonly

Is the Sunlu and Polymaker filament older? Perhaps more moisture has creeped in? I hate automatically jumping to that conclusion but its a thought…

No all are new and fresh out of the seal. Have about 6 rolls from both and with all of them i have the error

There is an issue with the material presets in Snapmaker Orca. You can adjust them manually. You can modify 1) flow ratio; 2) nozzle temperature, etc. Looking at the image, you can see that the print has bumps at the nozzle turning points, which is a sign of material buildup. You can try lowering the nozzle temperature and reducing the print speed to see if it helps.
