Printing with TPU on the U1

I have some Creality TPU Filament 1.75, 95A In orca can I go with the settings that are set in orca for TPU or do I need to change? it is not HF.

I have Elegoo TPU filament (1.75, 95A) and printed some stuff without any problems. I was using the Generic TPU profile, but adjusted the cooling according to 3dfilamentsprofile information (20-35% instead of 100%). And then adjusted the printing speed for the object.

Thank you :slightly_smiling_face: What speed did you go with?

What 3dfilamentprofiles showed me.

First layer:
walls: 20mm/s
infill: 25mm/s

Other layer:
Outer wall: 35mm/s
Top layer: 25mm/s

But I read some reddit posts about TPU speed and some people say it doesn’t matter if slow or fast. Because it was also my first TPU print, I wanted to be on the safe side.

Thank you:+1::+1::+1::+1::blush:

I’ve printed TPU several times & used the generic TPU profile & my prints came out fine. I even threaded the filament through the feeders.

The only issue I had was unloading, I had to pull real hard to get the TPU unloaded, pulled through the feeders. Throws an error but is fine when I load another filament.

Thank you:blush:
