Print Issue with clean surface (under-extrusion?)

I really struggle to get clean prints with my snapmaker 2.0 (PLA Filament). The outer walls (and support structure) always get holes in them, regardless of how slow I am printing.

Is this a problem with under-extrusion?

Things I tried thus far (with no success):

  • Cleaned the feeder
  • Replaced the hot end
  • Increased print temp to 210 degrees celsius
  • Increased flow rate to 105 %

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Hi @luckyluc ,

did you calibrated your extruder?

I see a small amount of over-extrusion on the brim. The under-extrusion areas seem position dependent. Is your filament binding at all? Mine was fine when the spool was full, but started binding when it was about half way finished. A spool holder that repositioned and reorientated the spool fixed the binding.
