Please help with Prusaslicer

I’m tryinng to slice a model with Prusaslicer but cant get it to perform the way I want :disappointed_relieved:
The model has counterbore holes so I’m doing the sacrificial layer/bridge or whatever its called. However, Prusaslicer ignores the bridge and creates a hole, even though the bridge layer is same thickness as layer height… Maybe there is a setting somewhere?

The model:

What Prusaslicer does:

Using Cura to slice this model has other problems, so I want to use Prusaslicer for this one…
Does anybody know what i’m missing?
Top.stl (1.3 MB)

Changed the first layer height and now the bridging works, but now I see this: What the hell is that non circular line line? Lol…

It seems that this problem also has dissappeared when I changed the first layer height. Perhaps this thread can now be deleted…

I also suggest using this in design to avoid problems like this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KBuWcT8XkhA

Yes thanks. I have seen it. I prefer the standard sacrificial layer though :upside_down_face: The problem in this case is that Prusaslicer needs the bridge z location to correspond to the layers. This is not needed in Cura…
Maybe this is why anguis (i think his name) uses 2 * layer height for his bridges. To avoid that the slicer ignores the bridge when the z location does not correspond to the layer…

Perhaps making the bridges 1.5 * layer height would be better for models sliced with Prusaslicer
