I’m tryinng to slice a model with Prusaslicer but cant get it to perform the way I want
The model has counterbore holes so I’m doing the sacrificial layer/bridge or whatever its called. However, Prusaslicer ignores the bridge and creates a hole, even though the bridge layer is same thickness as layer height… Maybe there is a setting somewhere?
Yes thanks. I have seen it. I prefer the standard sacrificial layer though The problem in this case is that Prusaslicer needs the bridge z location to correspond to the layers. This is not needed in Cura…
Maybe this is why anguis (i think his name) uses 2 * layer height for his bridges. To avoid that the slicer ignores the bridge when the z location does not correspond to the layer…
Perhaps making the bridges 1.5 * layer height would be better for models sliced with Prusaslicer
