Just received my J1S today and during unpacking noticed cracking and bubbled up on the PEI. Looks like its completely separated from the glass. Ugggg this should have been caught in a quality control check before packaging. Now ill have to wait who knows how long for support to send a new plate. Took just 3 days to get unit but bet it take 3 weeks to get replacement plate
