I have this overhang problem, printing with ABS, noozle temp 240C and bed temp 80C and the setting as in the picture, have tried twice with same result
This seems to me like warping.
It would be great to have a enclosure for printing abs. For example, a big cardboard box would do the job, I guess.
You need constant heat, no open window or so.
