Nozzle clogged to the Extreme

Well I’ve had better days. This thing is rock solid. Like a brick. I tried to heat up the head to see if I could break it off but then I noticed that its encasing a wire. So I’ve got to be more gentile. I’m going to try a heat gun.

Any other suggestions/condolences/commiserations?

Not worth the time and effort IMO. Good reason to keep a spare print module on hand, while you try to clean that one up. Good luck!

Alas, the Monster Blob is a not-uncommon rite of passage with the Snapmaker. Some people have succeeded in freeing one up with a heat gun, at the cost of a slightly warped fan shroud. If you can get enough of it off to pull out the hot end assembly, you have a chance. Best of luck.

My fan shrouds were destroyed and completely filled with nylon.i would upload photos but I’m new. So instead… Snapmaker 2.0 disaster part 3 - YouTube
