My company's printer simply died

When I turn on the printer, when I try to use “Control” or “Calibration“ the screen goes gray and nothing appears; the app freezes and prompts me to restart.
I try to connect to the PC via Wi-Fi and it gives an error; it doesn’t connect via cable.
I plug in the USB drive and it doesn’t read any print files.

I can’t even move the Z-axis to open the machine.

If it’s a faulty touchscreen it’s maybe possible to connect the printer to a notebook through serial connection (sorry if I’m wrong, don’t own this machine, only guessing).

Anyway, open a ticket and they are willing to help:

Yes, for more serious issues, you can open a ticket and seek help from after-sales support.

I’ll open a support ticket.
But it’s not a screen problem, I tried connecting via Luban using Wi-Fi and cable, and the printer still doesn’t respond. It simply died.
