it says model loaded sucsessfull but nothing is in the box
Sometimes when I load a model, it moves it off the bed. Zoom out and see if it’s elsewhere.
Alternatively, some models are built in inches, but Luban assumes everything is millimeters. Try zooming in on the center of the bed to see if there’s a tiny model there. If so, you can scale it from 100% to 2540% to convert from mm to inches.
