Look at your slicer settings, for example raft first layer expansion, is it set to -1 ?
I take it this is about Snapmaker Orca rather than the U1? Or some other slicer??
My guess is the file was imported & the settings are for another printer. The error message tells you what settings are out of range, check them out.

Thats true but I swap the conf. to snapmaker slacer even though still showing this error

It might help somebody explain what the problem is if you say where the .3mf came from. Without giving a full description, how can you expect proper help?
