Free browser converter for MakerWorld/Bambu → U1 (keeps colors + your print settings)

Got tired of MakerWorld models opening wrong on the U1, so I built bedready.io — a free .3mf → Snapmaker U1 converter that runs entirely in your browser (nothing uploaded).

What it does that I couldn’t find elsewhere:

  • Keeps the creator’s print settings (layer height, walls, infill, speeds) — not just the colors
  • More than 4 colors → Full Spectrum mixes 2–3 of your filaments to reproduce the extras; or mix from your own CMYK
  • Keeps painted text/logos and fine detail
  • Fixes the prime tower + swap pauses
  • There’s also a Chrome extension that converts right on the MakerWorld download page

It’s free, no account. Would genuinely love people to throw weird multicolor files at it and tell me what breaks. Not affiliated with Snapmaker — just a U1 owner scratching an itch.
