My S2 was printing fine until the error “Machine is not responding, would you like to reconnect?” When I press “reconnect”, it just comes back to this error. I have tried unplugging the machine. re-connecting all the plugs but nothing seems to work.
Please advise on what is wrong and how to fix it. Thank you for your help.
I have this same issue. There is a link on the Snapmaker support page regarding the issue. They say the “breathing” LED light on the control module (behind where the USB stick plugs in I think) should blink when restarting machine. If it doesn’t blink, the control module may be the issue and you need to contact them. They also said try unplugging the user interface screen, flip the plug over, and plug back in.
I’ll try it when I get home from work.
