This doesn’t resolve my issue of failing to generate preview/toolpath on windows 11. I’ve used Luban4.14.0 AND Luban4.13.1-beta.1 as you suggested

I recommend contacting the Snapmaker support team promptly by submitting a ticket at https://snapmaker.formcrafts.com/support-ticket. They respond within two business days. Please include as much information and as many photos as possible in your submission to expedite the process. It would be great if you can share your troubleshooting results after communicating with the support.

I’m required to enter Order ID to make a ticket. What is the Order ID?

Am I supposed to know my ID from when I bought the A350 from the original order 4 years ago?

Same Issue here and I’m on Mac OS
I just updated Luban after not using it in a log while and now I can’t generate any toolpaths or g-code at all and I need to get something cut by tomorrow … Its disheartening how often these updates roll out and brick the entire workflow

Edit: Seems to only affect SVG files on Mac I exported my design again as a black and white png and let Luban convert that into SVG again and that seems to work, the svg file I used before seems to completely crash the gcode generation, although Luban just says: 100% - Done but then doesn’t show any toolpaths
