I have just received the delivery of my snapmaker A350, but everytime I tried to process an image for the laser print with option vector. The Luban software crashes. I am a windows user and running the latest Luban software 3.13.1, I have also reinstalled the software but no luck. This is frustrating as I haven’t had the chance to try my new printer.
